teri@teriwesterby.com – Rainbow Country Podcast

Rainbow Country is a record of queer and trans life in so-called Canada, where anonymous stories are shared with honesty, compassion, and resistance against erasure.

Rainbow Country is recorded on the traditional territories of many Nations across so-called Canada. These lands have been home to Indigenous Peoples since time immemorial, who continue to steward them with care and resistance. Colonization and its systems of control remain ongoing, shaping queer lives and Indigenous lives alike. We honour the sovereignty of Indigenous Nations and commit to holding space for all stories that refuse erasure.

Safety Warning: Some episodes of Rainbow Country include themes of trauma, stigma, and survival that may be activating. Please take care while listening. Step away if you need to. Return when you’re ready.

You are not alone.
